Cet article interroge la création de sens au sein d’un réseau territorialisé d’organisations. Nous nous intéressons plus spécifiquement à ce phénomène en contexte de crise et proposons une étude de cas sur le réseau des tiers-lieux corses. À travers une méthodologie de cas enchâssés, nous montrons que l’acteur tiers joue un rôle déterminant dans le cas d’un choc de l’ignorance, tandis que le sensemaking se fait plus collectif dans une situation de choc de la confusion.
Abstract
Crisis and sensemaking in a territorial network: the case of Corsican third places
This article questions the creation of meaning within a territorial cluster of organizations. We are more specifically interested in this phenomenon in a context of crisis and propose a case study on the network of third places in Corsica. Through an “embedded case studies” methodology, we show that the network pivotal actor plays a decisive role in an “ignorance shock” situation, while sensemaking is more collective in a “confusion shock” situation.
