Résumé

Cet article s’attache à comprendre comment les pôles de compétitivité et ses parties prenantes managent les tensions stratégiques entre les périmètres local et international. L’analyse du pôle Cosmetic Valley sous l’angle de la littérature des parties prenantes associée au concept de dualité institutionnelle, montre la nécessité d’élargir la prise en compte de la dynamique spatiale des acteurs et la notion même de territoire.

Abstract

This article attempts to understand how poles of competitiveness and their stakeholders manage the strategic tensions between the regional and international areas. The analyze of the pole Cosmetic Valley according to the stakeholders theory and the concept of institutional duality shows the necessity for the poles to enlarge the taken into account of the spatial dynamic of actors and the notion of territory.
