Résumé
Un travail d’observation d’une dizaine d’années dans un pays des Ardennes sert de base à l’analyse des interactions entre les transformations institutionnelles, liées au développement de l’intercommunalité et de la démarche de pays, et les dynamiques associatives. Sont mises en évidence les trois types de stratégies qui en résultent : l’adaptation, la substitution et la collaboration.
Abstract
A ten-year study of one ‘pays’ in the Ardennes (the traditional local division of a region) has been the basis for the analysis of the interactions between the institutional changes linked to the development of inter-communal structures and the notion of traditional local divisions into ‘pays’; and associative dynamics. This paper studies the three kinds of strategies resulting from these changes: adaptation, substitution and cooperation.
