L’intervention de l’État dans le jeu économique s’explique par une commutation de mécanismes de contrôle. Le présent article désenveloppe une démarche métrique pour mesurer l’efficacité de la libéralisation du secteur des télécoms, au Cameroun. L’État actionnaire constitue une situation très discutée en termes de développement de la performance économique et sociale de l’entreprise.
Abstract
The involvement of the state in the economic game can be explained by the commutation of mechanisms of the command control. This paper expands on a metric method to measure the efficiency of the liberalisation of telecommunications in Cameroon. The compatibility of the entrepreneurial policy of the state with economic and social consideration does not reaffirm.
