Philosophie ou injonction ? La collaboration interprofessionnelle est omniprésente dans les organisations et représente un défi quotidien. Dès lors, dans un environnement complexe, exigeant, en permanente évolution, quelle peut être sa plus-value face aux nombreux challenges d’aujourd’hui et de demain ? Nous proposons dans cet article fondé sur une revue de la littérature de préciser ce concept, ses enjeux dans le secteur hospitalier et les questionnements émergents quant à sa mise en œuvre.
Abstract
Interprofessional collaboration in hospital management: understanding the dynamics and main issues
Philosophy or injunction? Interprofessional collaboration is omnipresent in organizations and represents a daily challenge. Therefore, in a complex, demanding, constantly evolving environment, what can its added value be in the face of the many challenges of today and tomorrow? In this article, based on a review of the literature, we propose to clarify this concept, its challenges in the hospital sector, and the emerging questions regarding its implementation.
