Résumé
L’innovation participative, historiquement axée sur l’amélioration continue, évolue aujourd’hui vers de nouvelles formes et territoires. Cette recherche explore son impact dans les grandes organisations françaises, contribuant différemment à l’ambidextrie organisationnelle selon les objectifs et modalités. Une typologie de quatre configurations offre des recommandations pour favoriser la participation aux efforts d’innovation.

Abstract
Participatory innovation and organizational ambidexterity: Toward a proposition of four configurations
Participatory innovation, historically focused on continuous improvement, is now evolving toward new forms and domains. This research investigates its impact within large French organizations, showing that it contributes differently to organizational ambidexterity depending on objectives and implementation modalities. A typology of four configurations provides recommendations for enhancing stakeholder participation in innovation efforts.
