Résumé
La littérature dominante appréhende le harcèlement moral à partir de déterminants le plus souvent identifiés dans la personne de l’auteur ou de la victime. Cet article adopte pour proposition de recherche que le harcèlement moral peut se révéler au niveau collectif et prend alors une forme managériale. L’impossibilité de cristalliser cette forme de harcèlement à partir des actes d’une personne déterminée impose de trouver d’autres outils d’identification. Dans cette perspective, notre article étudie le rôle du discours du manager sur la mise en place des situations de harcèlement moral.
Abstract
When the discourse reveals pathogenic situation : a discursive approach of bullying
The prevailing literature describes bullying in terms of factors which are most often identified in the person of the perpetrator or the victim. This article adopts as a research proposal that bullying can be revealed at the collective level and then takes a managerial form. The impossibility of crystallizing this form of harassment from the acts of a specific person makes it necessary to find other tools of identification. In this perspective, our article studies the role of the manager’s discourse on the setting up of moral harassment situations.
