Résumé
Cet article étudie les caractéristiques et besoins de la coordination dans le champ de la santé mentale et montre les apports d’une nouvelle forme de configuration organisationnelle qualifiée de « réseau intégré de services ». S’appuyant sur le concept d’organisation hybride de Williamson et sur l’étude du cas Prepsy, il met en évidence quelques conditions de réussite organisationnelles et stratégiques de ce type de dispositif.
Abstract
This article studies the characteristics and needs of coordination in the field of mental health and shows the contributions of a new form of organization called “integrated network of services”. Based on Williamson’s concept of hybrid organization and on the case study of Prepsy, it highlights some strategic and structural key factors of success for this type of organization.
