Résumé
Le rapprochement entre Intelligence Economique (IE) et entreprises artisanales est perçu comme contre-nature, voire dénaturant. Pourtant, il s’agit d’un défi pertinent nécessitant la collaboration d’experts et de dirigeants impliqués dans une même démarche. Après avoir brièvement défini les concepts employés, nous présentons la méthodologie co-construite et les premiers résultats du Club de Dirigeants Artisans de la Région PACA.
Abstract
The connection between Business Intelligence and Craft Firms is perceived as unnatural, indeed denaturing. Even so, it is a relevant goal which requires the collaboration of both experts and owners-managers, involved in a same though process. After the definition of the concepts used, we present a co-constructed methodology and the first results from the Owners-Managers Club in the PACA Region.
