Résumé
À partir de cas de TPE, notre recherche souligne l’enchaînement des rôles du dirigeant dans les étapes d’une transformation organisationnelle volontariste. L’analyse par le business model permet d’identifier les leviers sur lesquels le dirigeant agit et l’ordre dans lequel il le fait, éclairant le comment de la transformation. Cette étude met en évidence le pouvoir d’action du dirigeant tant sur son organisation que sur son écosystème.

Abstract
Understanding the stages of a deliberate organizational transformation through the business model
Based on case studies of SMEs, our research highlights how the leader combines different roles across the stages of a deliberate organizational transformation. By using the business model to analyze the organization’s trajectory, we identify the components activated by the leader and the sequence in which they are activated, thereby shedding light on how transformation occurs. This research emphasizes the leader’s capacity to act on both the organization and its ecosystem.
