Résumé
En nous appuyant sur les résultats des études de deux services de réanimation, aux CHU de Nantes et de Rennes, nous analysons la mise en oeuvre d’une innovation organisationnelle et ses conséquences sur l’organisation du travail, sa réalisation et son management, en nous appuyant sur la notion de situation et sur les apports des travaux sur la prise en compte du risque.
Abstract
Resting on the sudies ot two intensive care units in CHU of Nantes and Rennes, we analyze the implementation of an organizational innovation on dits consequences on the organization of the work, its relazation and its management, resting on the notion of situation and on the contributions of the theory of risk.
