Résumé
Nous nous intéressons dans cette recherche aux ERP, qui en tant que référentiel informationnel commun, relient les utilisateurs dans et en dehors de l’organisation, et visent à épouser au mieux les pratiques, les savoirs et les compétences qui alimentent l’organisation. Certains travaux laissent apparaître les liens étroits qu’entretiennent les SI (en particulier l’ERP) et la dimension cognitive de la firme en étant potentiellement source de rigidifications, de destructions mais aussi de partage de représentations (Ciborra, 2000 ; Levina et Vaast, 2005). L’étude, de nature interprétative et qualitative menée sur deux ans, met en évidence, sur un plan théorique l’enjeu de l’interconnexion des communautés dans la réussite d’un PERP sur un plan managérial, elle fournit aux praticiens une grille d’analyse explicite les aidant à concevoir et à mettre en oeuvre des Projet ERP.
Abstract
In this research we are interested in ERP, which as common informational repository, connect users in and outside the organization, and aim at fitting at best knowledge, practices, and skills that drive the organization. Some work let appear the close links between the IS (especially ERP) and the cognitive dimension of the firm by being potentially source of rigidifications, destruction, but also sharing of representations (Ciborra, 2000 ; Levina et Vaast, 2005). This qualitative and interpretative study conducted over two years, highlights, on a theoretical level the stake of communities’ interconnection in the success of an ERPP and questioned flexibility between hierarchical and cognitive mode as a key success factor. On a managerial level, it provides to practitioners an explicit grid of analysis helping them to design and implement ERPP.
