Le management peine à réconcilier ses dimensions scientifique et pratique. La comparaison avec la médecine suggère l’idée – apparemment paradoxale – que leur réconciliation passe par leur disjonction sociologique, ainsi que par la mise à l’écart de discours managériaux qui viennent parasiter les échanges entre théoriciens et praticiens.
Abstract
The management hardly reconciles its scientific and practical dimensions. The comparison with medicine suggests the idea – seemingly paradoxical – that the way to their reconciliation is through their sociological disjunction, as well as the sidelining of some managerial discourses which parasite exchanges between theorists and practitioners.
