Résumé
La prise en compte du risque par les professionnels du secteur du bâtiment, bien qu’elle soit historiquement au coeur du processus de construction, reste bien souvent limitée au seul facteur technique. Cet article propose de développer, à partir d’une étude de cas dans une entreprise du secteur du bâtiment, le concept de risque organisationnel afférent aux parties prenantes d’un projet de construction.
Abstract
Although taking into account the risk by professionals of building sector is, historically, at the heart of a construction process, it often remains limited to the technical factor. This paper proposes to develop the concept of organizational risk pertaining to the stakeholders of a construction project, it is based on a case study in a company of the building industry.
