Alors que les entreprises de spectacle vivant sont confrontées à des contraintes de ressources, les professionnels et les acteurs du monde politique et économique s’interrogent sur la sécurisation des parcours professionnels dans ce secteur. L’objectif de notre article, axé sur le métier de directeur à partir d’une recherche-intervention, est d’identifier les conditions de sa mise en œuvre.
Abstract
At a time when performing arts companies face resources obligations, professionals and actors from both the political and the economic world come to think about the securing of professional experiences in this sector. The aim of our paper, based on an intervention research and focused on the position of manager, is to identify the conditions of its implementation.
