Résumé
La contribution concerne les déclencheurs émotionnels des bénévoles dans le cadre de la responsabilité sociale territoriale (RST) au sein des associations dites les Maraudes via l’enquête qualitative. Nous proposons dans cet article de compléter le cadre théorique de la Responsabilité Sociale des Territoires (RST) (Goujon-Belghit et al., 2022, 2023b), en étudiant les dimensions émotionnelles. La discussion permet de proposer un modèle conceptuel intégrateur.

Abstract
Emotional triggers in the management of volunteers in associations committed to Territorial Social Responsibility (TSR)
Our contribution concerns volunteers’ emotional triggers in the context of territorial social responsibility (TSR) within associations known as Marauds thanks to our qualitative survey. In this article, we propose to complement the theoretical framework of TSR (Goujon-Belghit et al., 2022, 2023b), studying emotional dimensions by creating a new integrating conceptual model.
